This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the permitted and prohibited use of the Margdarshak AI platform, website, applications, systems, APIs, services, and related infrastructure (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”).

By accessing or using Margdarshak AI, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to all applicable Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
1. PURPOSE
This AUP exists to protect users, preserve platform integrity, prevent abuse, ensure fair access, and protect infrastructure and AI resources.
2. PERMITTED USE
Users may use Margdarshak AI solely for legitimate personal or authorized professional purposes related to career development, such as resume analysis, roadmap generation, and career guidance.
3. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
3.1 Automated Abuse / Bots
Users shall not use bots, automated scripts, or simulate user behavior artificially.
3.2 Scraping / Data Extraction
Users shall not scrape content, harvest platform data, or collect system-generated outputs for resale.
3.3 Reverse Engineering
Users shall not reverse engineer platform systems, decompile software, or attempt architecture discovery.
3.4 Credential Sharing
Users shall not share login credentials or transfer subscription access to unauthorized users.
3.5 Fraudulent Content
Users shall not upload fraudulent resumes, forged qualifications, or misleading career information.
3.6 Malicious Prompts / AI Abuse
Users shall not use prompts intended to exploit system vulnerabilities or manipulate AI behavior maliciously.
3.7 Security Violations
Users shall not attack infrastructure, deploy malware, or disrupt service availability.
3.8 Resource Abuse
Users shall not intentionally overload systems or create excessive traffic.
4. FAIR USAGE ENFORCEMENT
Margdarshak AI may monitor platform activity for abuse detection, including unusual consumption patterns or suspicious automation indicators.
5. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS
Enforcement actions may include warning notices, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent termination without prior notice.
6. NO REFUNDS FOR POLICY VIOLATIONS
Users suspended or terminated for policy violations shall not be entitled to subscription refunds or credit restoration.
7. PLATFORM PROTECTION RIGHTS
Margdarshak AI reserves the right to rate-limit activity, block abusive IPs, and investigate misuse.
8. USER RESPONSIBILITY
Users remain solely responsible for activities under their accounts, uploaded content, and credential security.
9. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
Suspected abuse or security concerns may be reported to support@margdarshakai.com.
10. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
Margdarshak AI may modify this AUP at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
