This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs subscription cancellations, refunds, credit usage, and payment-related matters for Margdarshak AI (“Margdarshak AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Get Set Skilled Private Limited.

By purchasing subscriptions, credits, or paid services through Margdarshak AI, you agree to this Policy.

2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

Users may cancel active subscriptions at any time. Cancellation will prevent future auto-renewal charges but allow continued access to paid subscription benefits until the active subscription term expires.

3. AUTO-RENEWAL BILLING

Margdarshak AI subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Users are responsible for managing subscription cancellation prior to renewal.

4. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are strictly limited and may be considered only where a verified technical failure attributable solely to Margdarshak AI prevents the user from accessing or reasonably using paid subscribed services.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds shall not be provided for: change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI outcomes, unused credits, partially consumed subscriptions, failure to cancel auto-renewal, or user-side technical issues.

6. CREDIT POLICY

Credits are internal usage units only, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money or exchanged outside the platform.

7. TRIAL CREDITS

Complimentary or promotional trial credits are provided at Margdarshak AI’s discretion, carry no monetary value, and are not refundable.

8. TOP-UP CREDIT PURCHASES

Top-up credit purchases are generally non-refundable once successfully provisioned, except where credits are not delivered due to a verified technical failure.

9. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS / BILLING ERRORS

If users believe they were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate billing), they must contact support@margdarshakai.com with payment details for investigation.

10. MENTOR SUPPORT

Where subscription plans include mentor support, the benefit must be claimed during the active eligible period. No refund is provided if the user fails to schedule or utilize the benefit.

11. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

Refund requests must be submitted through support@margdarshakai.com with the registered email, transaction reference, date, and issue description.

12. REVIEW TIMELINES

Margdarshak AI will review eligible requests within a reasonable time. Actual refund timelines depend on payment processors and banking networks.

13. FRAUD PREVENTION

Refund abuse, false claims, or fraudulent refund attempts may result in account suspension, access termination, or legal action.

14. POLICY CHANGES

Margdarshak AI may modify this Policy periodically. Updated versions become effective upon publication.

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
