These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the Margdarshak AI platform, website, applications, products, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”).

By accessing, registering for, or using Margdarshak AI, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. DEFINITIONS

• “Account” means the registered user account created to access the Platform.
• “Credits” means the internal usage units assigned for access to certain Platform features.
• “Subscription Plan” means any paid recurring access plan offered by Margdarshak AI.
• “Top-Up Credits” means additional credits purchased separately during an active subscription period.
• “Trial Credits” means complimentary credits provided by Margdarshak AI for promotional, trial, beta, or onboarding purposes.
• “User Content” means any information, data, resumes, documents, inputs, prompts, or materials uploaded or submitted by users.
• “AI Output” means recommendations, analyses, generated content, career roadmaps, insights, evaluations, or other outputs produced through artificial intelligence systems.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You possess legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• All information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete.

Margdarshak AI does not permit use by individuals under 18 years of age.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration details;
• Maintain updated account information;
• Keep login credentials confidential;
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

You must immediately notify Margdarshak AI of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach. Margdarshak AI shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Margdarshak AI provides AI-powered career support services, including but not limited to:

• Resume analysis
• Resume optimization recommendations
• ATS compatibility assessments
• Career roadmap generation
• Skill gap identification
• Career guidance assistance
• AI-powered chat support
• Quiz generation
• Project generation
• Mentor support (where applicable)

Margdarshak AI may modify, suspend, discontinue, enhance, or restrict Services at its sole discretion.

5. AI SERVICES DISCLAIMER

Margdarshak AI uses artificial intelligence technologies, including third-party AI systems such as Google Gemini, to generate outputs.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading;
• AI outputs are informational and guidance-oriented only;
• Users are solely responsible for independently verifying outputs before relying upon them.

Margdarshak AI expressly does not guarantee:

• job placement; internship placement; interview calls; admissions; salary improvements; employment success; professional outcomes of any kind.

Use of AI-generated recommendations is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

6. CREDIT SYSTEM

Margdarshak AI operates on a credit-based access model. Credits may be assigned through trial access, subscription plans, promotional campaigns, or top-up purchases.

Each feature may consume a predefined number of credits. Credit consumption logic, allocations, and pricing may be modified at Margdarshak AI’s discretion. Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. TRIAL CREDITS

Margdarshak AI may offer complimentary trial credits. Trial credits remain valid until consumed unless otherwise specified, and may be modified, suspended, revoked, or withdrawn at any time. Trial credits do not create entitlement to permanent free access.

8. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Paid subscription plans may be offered periodically. Benefits may include recurring credit allocations, access to premium features, enhanced usage limits, early feature access, and mentor support benefits (if applicable).

9. AUTO-RENEWAL

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal. By subscribing, you authorize Margdarshak AI and its payment processors to charge recurring subscription fees automatically. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

All payments are payable in advance, processed through authorized payment partners, and subject to applicable taxes. Users are responsible for ensuring valid payment methods.

12. REFUNDS

Refunds are available only where a verified technical failure attributable solely to Margdarshak AI prevents access to paid services. Refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

13. MENTOR SUPPORT

Certain subscription plans may include mentor support benefits, subject to scheduling availability and offered on a best-effort basis.

14. USER CONTENT

Users retain ownership of original uploaded content. By uploading content, you grant Margdarshak AI limited rights necessary to process, analyze, temporarily store, and deliver requested services.

15. RESUME STORAGE & PROCESSING

Uploaded resume files are encrypted, accessible only by the respective user, and automatically deleted after 30 days. Margdarshak AI does not sell resume content or use it for anonymized commercial analytics.

16. ACCEPTABLE USE

Users shall not use bots, scrape platform content, automate abuse, reverse engineer systems, share credentials, upload fraudulent resumes, submit malicious prompts, or disrupt infrastructure.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All platform IP including branding, software, workflows, and proprietary systems remain exclusive property of Margdarshak AI / Get Set Skilled Private Limited.

18. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION / TERMINATION

Margdarshak AI may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for policy violations, fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, or payment failures.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Margdarshak AI shall not be liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, employment outcomes, AI inaccuracies, or service downtime.

20. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Margdarshak AI from claims arising from misuse, policy violations, or unlawful uploads.

21. FORCE MAJEURE

Margdarshak AI shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, cyber incidents, or third-party AI downtime.

22. MODIFICATIONS

Margdarshak AI may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

23. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

24. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By using Margdarshak AI, you consent to receiving transactional emails, onboarding communications, service alerts, and promotional offers.
